- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Overseeing performance of Sales Representatives
- Appointing, training, and ensuring overall growth of Sales Representatives
- Ensure least attrition of Sales Representatives
- Managing relationships with the customers
- Organizing and leading key account meetings
- Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Providing support to customers by interacting with Customer support team
- Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers queries
- Understanding competitors’ activities and reporting to company regularly
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts
- Collaborating with the internal sales team
Team Leader-Sales: Skill Sets required & Qualification’s
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales Manager or as Sales Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (MBAs preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
- Proficency in MS Office (Word, excel and power point)
